Engine Management

The EGR valve (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) is the main actor of the exhaust gas recirculation.  This system, by means of valves, ducts and radiators, is responsible for recirculating a small part of the exhaust gases in order to reduce emissions.

Mechanical and electric throttle valves regulate and optimise the engine idling speed. A throttle valve is located along a main duct, which connects the interior of the combustion unit with the outside environment via the intake system, and its function is to regulate the flow of air within the duct.

Infine, fanno parte di questo raggruppamento i sensori di temperatura, pressione carburante e gas di scarico, velocità, albero a gomiti, posizione albero a camme, livello di carburante.
